PANORAMIC NIGHT VISION HELMET SWEEPSTAKES

(“Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

This Sweepstakes is intended for legal U.S. residents and governed by U.S. law. Do not enter if you are in an excluded jurisdiction.

1. SPONSOR

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by THP Tactical Group, LLC, 8 The Green, STE A, Dover, DE 19901 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding New York and Rhode Island, who are 18 years or older or the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. EST on November 14, 2025 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 1, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entries

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants will automatically receive:

• One (1) entry for every $1 spent

on eligible purchases at https://www.refactortactical.com/collections/giveaway

  • Entry totals are based on pre-tax, post-discount purchase amounts.

  • Shipping/handling is excluded from entry calculation.

  • Sponsor may, at its discretion, offer random multiplier windows (e.g., 2x, 3x entries) on certain products or days.

  • All purchases are final.

  • Fraudulent or abusive purchasing behavior will result in disqualification.

B. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your:

  • Full name

  • Mail address

  • Phone number

  • Email

  • Date of birth

on a 3"x5" card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

  • Each mail-in entry receives the same number of entries as a $1 purchase made that day.

  • Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025
    and received by December 5, 2025.

  • Limit one mail-in entry per envelope.

  • Bulk submissions are not accepted.

6. ENTRY LIMITS

There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may obtain, provided methods comply with these Rules.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize:

A fully built Panoramic Night Vision Helmet System, including:

  • Panoramic night vision device

  • Helmet platform

  • Mounting hardware

  • Integrated communications/headset system

  • Additional accessories at Sponsor’s discretion

Prize components may vary. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Winner may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099.

8. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within five (5) days after the Sweepstakes Period ends, from all eligible entries received.

Odds depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via email, phone, and/or USPS mail.

Winner must return all requested documentation — including an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release — within three (3) business days of notification.

Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who:

  • tampers with entry processes

  • violates these Rules

  • engages in fraud, abuse, or disruptive behavior

If technical, security, or integrity issues arise, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select the winner from eligible entries received up to the point of issue.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from:

  • participation in the Sweepstakes

  • inability to access the website

  • use or misuse of the prize

  • technical or human errors

  • any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, indirect, or consequential damages.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without compensation.

13. DISPUTES

All disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the courts of Delaware, under Delaware law.

14. WINNER LIST

To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

15. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Rules is deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor is not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, war, acts of government, power failures, pandemics).
