THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES OR IF YOU ARE IN ANY JURISDICTION WHERE THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED.

Participation constitutes Entrant’s unconditional acceptance of and agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

VOID IN NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

CERTAIN ADDITIONAL STATE-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older OR the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Due to the nature of the prize and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including without limitation U.S. export control laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the prize will only be delivered to a valid physical street address within the United States and only to a winner who is legally permitted to receive, possess, and use such equipment under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international addresses are not eligible for prize delivery.

Winner must be legally permitted to receive, possess, and use all components of the prize package, including but not limited to night vision equipment, body armor, ballistic plates, helmet accessories, and related tactical equipment. Sponsor may require winner to complete any lawful verification, affidavit, release, or compliance documentation deemed necessary by Sponsor prior to prize delivery.

Employees, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such individual, are not eligible.

Void where restricted, regulated, or prohibited. Certain additional restrictions may apply in states that regulate high-value prize promotions, including but not limited to Florida.

  1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES


Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD


The Sweepstakes begins June 11, 2026 at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends June 29, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for all purposes.

  1. HOW TO ENTER


A. Purchase Entry Method

During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants will automatically receive:

Eligible products include products available through the official giveaway collection during the Sweepstakes Period.


Entry totals are calculated on pre-tax, post-discount purchase amounts. Shipping, handling, tips, taxes, and non-qualifying items are excluded.


Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, offer limited-duration promotional entry multiplier windows, bonus entry promotions, or other promotional entry opportunities. Such promotions may include, by way of example only, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x entries, fixed bonus entry offers, or select-product entry promotions. These promotions may appear at random intervals and may apply to all eligible products or select products only.


Sponsor may also offer products, donation-based items, or promotional items connected to a charitable or nonprofit initiative, including support for HunterSeven Foundation. Any such charitable or nonprofit-related promotion will be conducted in accordance with applicable law, and Sponsor reserves the right to determine the applicable structure, timing, amount, and method of any related support, contribution, or payment. No charitable or nonprofit-related purchase, donation, or contribution is required to enter or win.


All purchases are final. Any fraudulent, automated, bulk, or abusive purchasing behavior will result in disqualification.

B. Mail-In Entry Method


To enter without making a purchase, Entrants may submit mail-in entries as follows:


Handwrite clearly and legibly on a 3” x 5” card:

Each valid mail-in entry will receive the same number of entries as the highest entry multiplier, fixed bonus entry offer, or other promotional entry value offered on the date the entry is postmarked. If no multiplier, fixed bonus entry offer, or other promotional entry value is offered on that date, the mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry. If multiple promotional entry values are offered on that date, the mail-in entry will receive the highest applicable entry value.


Limit: One (1) 3” x 5” card per envelope.

There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries an Entrant may submit, provided each entry is mailed separately and complies with these Rules.


Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within a reasonable processing period thereafter. The drawing will occur only after all timely mail-in entries have been received and processed.


For avoidance of doubt, mail-in entries are afforded full equal dignity to purchase entries and are assigned an equivalent number of entries under identical multiplier, fixed bonus entry, or promotional entry rules.


  1. ENTRY LIMITS


There is no limit to the number of entries an Entrant may obtain by either method of entry, provided all entries comply with these Official Rules.


  1. PRIZE


One (1) Grand Prize:


One fully built Ultimate Operator prize package, currently expected to include:

  • One X300 flashlight
  • One helmet cover
  • One battery pack
  • One Nocturne night vision mount
  • One panoramic night vision system built by AC Night Vision
  • One Ferro Concepts FCPC plate carrier with pouches/accessories
  • One set of Level IV ballistic plates


Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $22,000+.


Actual value may vary based on availability, configuration, market conditions, substitutions, and other factors. Winner will not receive the difference between stated ARV and actual value.


Prize components are subject to availability and may vary from promotional images, videos, descriptions, or depictions. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or prize component with a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or any portion thereof becomes unavailable, restricted, impracticable, or otherwise unsuitable for award or delivery.


Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.


Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and reporting obligations, including completing an IRS Form W-9 and receiving a Form 1099.


Prize delivery is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including export control laws and regulations, body armor laws, and any other restrictions applicable to the prize or any component thereof. If the winner is legally prohibited from receiving, possessing, or using the prize or any component of the prize for any reason, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award an alternate prize of comparable value, remove or substitute the restricted component, or select an alternate winner.


  1. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS


A random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor within approximately seven (7) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period, after all eligible entries have been received and processed.


Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received.

Purchase will not increase odds relative to equal mail-in entries.


  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION


The potential winner will be notified by email, phone, and/or USPS mail.


The potential winner must return all required documentation within three (3) business days, including:


  • Affidavit of Eligibility
  • Liability Release
  • Publicity Release (where permitted)
  • IRS Form W-9
  • Any additional compliance, verification, or delivery documentation reasonably required by Sponsor


Failure to respond or comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.


  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS


Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who violates these Rules, tampers with entry processes, submits fraudulent or automated entries, or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes.


Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if integrity, security, or fairness is compromised due to technical issues, fraud, legal restrictions, regulatory concerns, supply issues, or events beyond Sponsor’s control.


Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries or technical failures.


  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation, technical failures, or acceptance, possession, delivery, ownership, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize or any component thereof.


Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.


  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE


Except where prohibited, Entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of name, likeness, city/state of residence, statements, photographs, video, and other indicia of identity for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


  1. DISPUTES


All disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in Delaware courts.

These Rules are governed by Delaware law.

  1. SEVERABILITY


If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Sponsor is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to events beyond its control.
