When it comes to a VA loan, most of us know about the zero down payment and all that. For a majority, the zero down payments is the reason we are attracted to the loan. Because of this, it is typically easier to qualify, and more veterans are able to buy their homes because they don’t have to put 20% down on a $280,000 home.
